The location is excellent for visting the sites, churchs bars etc the hotel is only 100 metres from the start of the pedestrian way, so idea for pick up and drop off's
Main problem is the noise withinn the hotel, we were on the first floor where rooms had been constructed using plaster board / studded walls. The room doors were as cheap as you would find anywhere and with the ceiling being high and tiled floor the noise carried everywhere, banging doors music etc .Also wouldn't class my room as 'Deluxe with basic cheap free standing wardrobes, television from the 90's that didn't work.

Pleasant small hotel for 5 nights in Krakow. Marvellous and best possible location, 5 minutes' walk to a fortified hilltop castle. Next to the Market Square, the restaurant, and Krakow. Late check-out.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff even though at times there was little common language. Huge bedroom and bathroom, very close to the main square

Loved the location (right on the market square), and everything else was good - clean room, nice bathroom, comfy beds.
The only thing I disliked was that there was no fridge inside the room.

Perfect spot for a couple's getaway
We had a family room on the 3rd floor which was huge, like, tons of space and the bathroom was just ridiculous, best I've seen. They also had this killer breakfast with everything from cereal to hot eggs, it set us up perfectly for a long day of exploring.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, I'd say it was worth it.

Consider requesting a room away from the street for a quieter night's sleep, as some have street noise.

proximity to Market Square, easy access to restaurants and cafes, historic building character
TV only in Polish, inadequate tea/coffee facilities, insufficient lighting in the room, tripping hazards in hallways and bathroom due to uneven steps!!!

The location was unbeatable, just steps from the main square. Enjoying breakfast was a highlight, with a wide array of fresh options including local sausage and good Sicilian cunzato bread. The room was spacious and clean, providing much-needed comfort after a day of exploring. The view left something to be desired, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at times, a bit disappointing.

Great location and comfy stay!
Just back from a 1-night stay. The location is seriously spot on-close to the main square and a nice stroll to Kazimierz! Our family room was spacious with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was a solid spread, especially loved the hot eggs and bacon! Only hiccup was the room key took a minute to figure out. Still, would totally recommend!

fantastic access to krakow's vibrant market square and historic sites
my stay was made nice by the super convenient proximity to krakow's main attractions, especially the beautiful market square just a few steps away and the fine wawel royal castle, only about a 10-minute walk from my cozy room.
